The Role:
Front of House face and brand for GPEC. Coordinate all administrative tasks in line with BER operations and requirements.

We provide expert energy assessment and advisory services for homeowners, developers and businesses across Ireland. Our goal is to help clients understand their building’s energy performance and make informed decisions to improve efficiency, comfort, and compliance.
The Responsibilities:
- Research Project Operations issues and escalate or re-direct as necessary
- Front of House Duties
- Adhere to established processes and policies at GPEC
- Calendar management which will involve scheduling client jobs for each BER Assessor, arranging meetings and organise staff events
- Document processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Check and organise BER documentation for each client (training will be provided)
The Skills & Experience Required:
- Superior attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Very resourceful with exceptional follow through
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and who thinks independently
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Proven office operations experience with 2-5 years’ experience
- Experience working in construction industry desirable

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 4pm
