This is more than just serving drinks, it's about delivering warm Irish hospitality, engaging with guests, and consistently exceeding expectations.

We're seeking experienced bar professionals who:

Have previous experience in a busy, high-quality bar or hotel environment.
Are passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
Have strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beers.
Love interacting with guests and providing genuine, friendly, and professional service.
Are positive team players with excellent communication skills.
Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Your Role

As part of our bar team, you will:

Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and premium beverages to the highest standard.
Deliver attentive, personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome.
Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and drinks with confidence and enthusiasm.
Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar.
Work closely with our bar manager to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

What You'll Bring
