- Have strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beers.
- Love interacting with guests and providing genuine, friendly, and professional service.

Your Role
As part of our bar team, you will:
- Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and premium beverages to the highest standard.
- Deliver attentive, personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome.
- Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and drinks with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar.
- Work closely with our bar manager to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
