As an AIM Support Early Years Educator, you will:

✅ Provide one-to-one and classroom support to promote inclusion and participation for children under the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) from 9am to 3pm.

✅ Engage children in our Aistear-based curriculum through meaningful learning experiences tailored to individual needs.

✅ Foster a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can explore, learn and thrive.

✅ Support children's social, emotional and developmental growth while encouraging positive peer interactions.

✅ Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and team to plan and implement activities that promote inclusion and development.

✅ Maintain accurate observations and records of children's progress and daily activities.

✅ Follow and implement all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety, well-being and care of children and staff.

Requirements

Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Learning and Care (or equivalent).
Experience working in an early years setting.
Passion for inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs.
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
Successful candidates will undergo Garda Vetting.

Requirements:

A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in childcare (or equivalent).
At least one year of experience in a childcare setting.
Recognition from the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) if your qualification was obtained outside Ireland.
Successful candidates will undergo Garda vetting.
