As an AIM Support Early Years Educator, you will:
✅ Provide one-to-one and classroom support to promote inclusion and participation for children under the Access and Inclusion Model (AIM) from 9am to 3pm.
✅ Engage children in our Aistear-based curriculum through meaningful learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
✅ Foster a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can explore, learn and thrive.
✅ Support children's social, emotional and developmental growth while encouraging positive peer interactions.
✅ Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and team to plan and implement activities that promote inclusion and development.
✅ Maintain accurate observations and records of children's progress and daily activities.
✅ Follow and implement all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety, well-being and care of children and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Learning and Care (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Passion for inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
- Successful candidates will undergo Garda Vetting.

Requirements:
- A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in childcare (or equivalent).
- At least one year of experience in a childcare setting.
- Recognition from the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) if your qualification was obtained outside Ireland.
- Successful candidates will undergo Garda vetting.
