Position will be at a hotel in Dungloe, county Donegal

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Execute the preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with the highest standards set by the head chef.
Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes are consistently maintained according to the restaurant's standards.
Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the working area.
Assist in stock control and management, including monitoring and ordering supplies for your section.
Contribute to the development and refinement of menu items, bringing creative ideas and innovative techniques to the kitchen.

Any candidate must also be prepared to relocate to Dungloe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €19.00 per hour
