As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.

This is more than a traditional warehouse management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving processes, solving operational challenges, and creating a warehouse operation that supports a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

As our Warehouse & Inventory Manager, you will:

Take full ownership of the warehouse and inventory operation.
Manage stock across a fleet of 10 installation vans, ensuring technicians have the equipment they need each day.
Receive, inspect, and organise incoming deliveries.
Pick, pack, and dispatch website orders accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Organise the warehouse to maximise efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
Work closely with purchasing, operations, and installation teams.
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse systems, processes, and workflows.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, stores, or warehouse management.
A valid forklift licence with practical forklift operating experience.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience using stock management or inventory management systems.
Good computer skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
A high level of ownership, accountability, and reliability.
