As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
This is more than a traditional warehouse management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, improving processes, solving operational challenges, and creating a warehouse operation that supports a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities
As our Warehouse & Inventory Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of the warehouse and inventory operation.
- Manage stock across a fleet of 10 installation vans, ensuring technicians have the equipment they need each day.
- Receive, inspect, and organise incoming deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch website orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Organise the warehouse to maximise efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
- Work closely with purchasing, operations, and installation teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse systems, processes, and workflows.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, stores, or warehouse management.
- A valid forklift licence with practical forklift operating experience.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using stock management or inventory management systems.
- Good computer skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- A high level of ownership, accountability, and reliability.
