Registered BER Assessor

Champion Surveyors is a Dundalk-based building surveying and energy consultancy, established in 2020.

We provide a comprehensive range of residential surveying and energy consultancy services throughout the Leinster region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Registered BER Assessor to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will primarily undertake:

Domestic BER Assessments
Home Energy Assessments (HEAs)
Technical Assessments (TAs)
Part L Compliance Assessments
Dwelling surveys and site inspections associated with BER and retrofit projects

Our office is based in Dundalk, with the role involving a combination of office-based work and site visits throughout the Leinster region.

Requirements

Registered BER Assessor with SEAI (or have successfully completed the FETAC Level 6 Domestic BER Assessor qualification and be eligible for registration).
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with DEAP software and BER documentation
Experience in Airtightness Testing and/or Ventilation Validation would be advantageous.
