Registered BER Assessor
Champion Surveyors is a Dundalk-based building surveying and energy consultancy, established in 2020.
We provide a comprehensive range of residential surveying and energy consultancy services throughout the Leinster region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Registered BER Assessor to join our team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will primarily undertake:
- Domestic BER Assessments
- Home Energy Assessments (HEAs)
- Technical Assessments (TAs)
- Part L Compliance Assessments
- Dwelling surveys and site inspections associated with BER and retrofit projects
Our office is based in Dundalk, with the role involving a combination of office-based work and site visits throughout the Leinster region.
Requirements
- Registered BER Assessor with SEAI (or have successfully completed the FETAC Level 6 Domestic BER Assessor qualification and be eligible for registration).
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with DEAP software and BER documentation
- Experience in Airtightness Testing and/or Ventilation Validation would be advantageous.

Pay: €32,000.00 per year
