In this role, you'll act as a trusted compliance partner, helping ensure that Invesco continues to operate in line with evolving regulatory requirements while supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to regulatory change initiatives, engage with the Central Bank of Ireland, and help foster a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to broaden their exposure across regulatory compliance, governance, AML oversight, regulatory reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of Compliance Ireland in supporting the Company's Regulatory Compliance framework and associated governance responsibilities.
Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries and Central Bank of Ireland requests, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance forums and helping drive completion of regulatory and compliance-related actions.
Support the ongoing oversight of operational risk events and compliance-related incidents, ensuring appropriate escalation, tracking, and reporting.
Review and analyse management information received from central Compliance functions to identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
Assist in the oversight of the Company's AML/CTF framework, helping ensure compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.
Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business stakeholders, translating regulatory requirements into practical and effective solutions.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business, providing analysis and recommendations to support implementation.
Contribute to the preparation of Compliance reports for senior management, governance committees, and the Board.
Maintain and enhance Compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, industry best practices, and Invesco standards.
Support the Company's obligations under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness & Probity and Individual Accountability frameworks, including annual assessments, monitoring activities, and training delivery.
Design and deliver targeted compliance training to promote regulatory awareness and a strong compliance culture across the business.
You'll need to have:
Previous experience in a Compliance or related role within the Funds or Asset Management industry, ideally within a management company environment.
Strong knowledge of the Irish regulatory framework, including UCITS, CP86, AML requirements, Fitness & Probity, and the Individual Accountability Framework.
Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them in a practical business context.
Familiarity with the Central Bank of Ireland's regulatory reporting systems would be advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI) is desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Collaborative approach combined with the confidence to challenge constructively where required.
Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and grow within an evolving regulatory environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for promoting a strong culture of compliance.
At Invesco, you'll be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment where compliance is viewed as a strategic business partner. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory developments, and key governance activities while contributing to the success of one of the world's leading asset management firms.
If you're looking for a role where your expertise can make a real impact while continuing to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
