Our service lines
Audit
As a member of our Audit team, you will learn how businesses operate, gain an understanding of their financial processes and controls, in order to provide a robust independent challenge to ensure high quality financial statements. You will conduct a thorough, risk-focused review on a range of client’s financial records, processes, and controls.
As part of the Audit graduate programme, you’ll study towards the ACA or ACCA qualification immediately – but don't worry you won't be alone. We’ll be with you every step of the way.
Tax
A career in tax is more than just becoming a tax adviser, you’ll be part of our Tax team, diving into the intricate world of tax laws, both in Ireland and internationally. You’ll apply them into real-life solutions for our clients, helping clients save money, create value, mitigate tax risks and navigate the complex landscape of reporting requirements.
Our business areas within Tax include corporate tax, VAT, global employer solutions, private client, and transfer pricing. As a Tax graduate, you will join one of these areas and build your experience within that team, developing a core specialism as your career progresses at RSM.
As part of the Tax graduate programme, you’ll study towards the ACA, ACCA and/or ITI professional qualifications (depending on which Tax team you join). The professional education will be challenging, but you’ll have our full support and the benefits make the effort worthwhile.
Consulting
Our team of consultants work with our clients strategically and operationally to support and integrate the key pillars of success; people, technology, finance, and growth.
In our Consulting team, you will work with a range of organisations to identify growth opportunities and build strategies to realise value for the shareholders.
Our Consulting team have ambitious growth plans, and we want you to be part of our journey. Graduate opportunities are available across the solutions outlined below. Depending on the area you join, you will be supported to complete either the ACA or ACCA accounting qualification, or another relevant external course designed to build the technical and professional skills needed for your role.
Restructuring Advisory
Our restructuring team assist clients in protecting, enhancing, and realising stakeholder value during periods of change and challenging financial situations. They offer expert advice on working capital, balance sheet restructuring, debt refinancing, and supporting key stakeholders through the implementation of a solution, which may include an insolvency process.
Corporate Finance
Our corporate finance team supports organisations through their merger and acquisition projects by offering expert services that generate added value to business operations and by providing due diligence services to ensures that any risks are mitigated.
Outsourced Business Services
Our outsourcing team supports new, and growing, businesses seeking to meet all their compliance needs including payroll, accounting and VAT. They ensure that clients’ compliance and reporting needs are addressed on a timely basis to enable them focus on the delivery of excellent service to their clients here in Ireland.
Forensic and Investigation Services
Our established multi-disciplinary Forensic and Investigation Services unit brings together our existing expertise in the areas of investigation, forensic accounting, litigation support, IT forensics, tax consultancy and HR to ensure that our clients’ needs can be met in full.
Risk Advisory Services
Businesses are facing economic challenges, pressure to comply with ever increasing regulation and legislation and emerging risks such as cyber security and data management. Our risk advisory team provide the services to help clients anticipate and meet evolving risk and regulatory compliance requirements, add value to operating and compliance processes and maintain the security of their most valuable information assets.

Academic Requirements
Ideally, you will be on track for a predicted minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent). However, we think passion, personality and originality are just as important as good exam results.
Location
The majority of our graduate positions are based in our new and relocated Dublin office in Harcourt Street.
