Job description

Drive sales growth and brand visibility across Dublin and the wider Leinster region, with a strong focus on merchandising excellence, attention to detail, and excellent in-store execution.

Key areas of responsibilities and accountability

Ensure strong in-store product visibility, availability, and presentation.
Implement promotions, displays, and merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
Develop customer relationships and grow sales across the assigned territory.
Monitor stock levels, identify opportunities, and share market feedback with the business.

Profile

Experience in merchandising, distribution, construction, DIY stores, building merchants, or a similar field-based role.
Strong commercial awareness, customer relationship skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Good computer literacy, including confidence using Excel.
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, or Louth.
