The Opportunity
On behalf of a market-leading Irish retail services and field marketing company, Quinlan Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Field Merchandise Specialist. Our client has built a premier reputation over three decades by delivering flawless execution for Ireland’s most iconic brands. Due to a significant period of growth, they are looking for a reliable, process-driven individual to join their frontline operations team.
What Is the Role?
This is a high-visibility role where you will act as the face of major household brands within the retail environment. You will be responsible for ensuring brand excellence through:
- Brand Activation: Strategic placement and removal of high-impact marketing and Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Inventory Management: Efficient stock replenishment to ensure maximum product availability.
- Display Optimization: Coordination and maintenance of bespoke retail displays to brand standards.
- Digital Reporting: Providing real-time data and results to Head Office via proprietary reporting tools.
What We Need from You
- Experience: A background in retail
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present professionally to store management.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable using digital reporting tools (requires home internet access for sync).
- Reliability: A disciplined approach to managing a daily route and hitting operational targets.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence is essential for this role
