As Cluster Director of Sales, you will report to the General Managers in both Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge and Maldron Hotel Merrion Road. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales and marketing department to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
- Conduct sales activities, including lead generation, meetings, contract negotiations, and trade shows.
- Track corporate accounts monthly to monitor performance and address declines.
- Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs for increased hotel participation.
- Analyse GDS reports to enhance business strategies, focusing on meetings and conferences.
- Provide performance reports to the General Manager and Central Office.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and forecasts with management.
What You Will Need:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Senior sales role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
- A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
- Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
- Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
