About the Role
Join one of Ireland's fastest-growing hotel management companies, managing a growing portfolio of branded and independent hotels across Ireland.
Reporting to the Group Director of Revenue Optimisation, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of hotels. Working closely with General Managers, onsite Revenue Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, you will combine strategic revenue management with data-led decision making to maximise RevPAR, total revenue, profitability and owner returns.
This role bridges hotel-level execution with group commercial strategy, supporting existing hotels while playing an important role in new acquisitions, hotel openings, brand transitions and the continued development of revenue management across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Optimisation

Develop and deliver revenue strategies across an assigned portfolio of branded and independent hotels.

Maximise RevPAR, total revenue, profitability and market share through effective pricing, inventory and demand management.

Lead a Total Revenue Management approach across rooms, meetings & events, food & beverage, leisure, spa, golf and ancillary revenue streams where appropriate.

Support hotels in making commercially sound decisions around business mix, channel mix, length of stay, package pricing, displacement and demand generation.

Identify revenue opportunities and risks early, providing practical recommendations that improve commercial performance.
Forecasting & Business Planning

Own forecast accuracy across the portfolio, including short-term pickup, monthly outlooks and annual budgets.

Produce clear commercial reporting and performance analysis for senior leadership.

Challenge forecast assumptions constructively, ensuring they reflect market conditions, booking pace and demand trends.

Work with hotel leadership teams to develop action plans that respond quickly to changing market conditions.
Distribution & Commercial Performance

Lead pricing, inventory and distribution strategies across all channels.

Review channel performance, cost of acquisition, commission levels and distribution effectiveness to maximise net revenue.

Ensure rate parity, inventory controls and channel strategies are effectively managed across direct, OTA, GDS, corporate and group business.

Partner with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to strengthen direct business, optimise promotional activity and improve commercial return.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Chair weekly revenue meetings with each hotel, driving accountability and commercial focus.

Provide coaching, support and technical guidance to onsite Revenue Managers and hotel teams.

Build strong working relationships with General Managers, Sales, Marketing and Finance, ensuring commercial decisions are aligned across the business.

Promote best practice, consistency and continuous improvement across revenue management processes.
Systems, Innovation & Growth

Drive best practice across revenue systems, reporting and commercial processes.

Support the development of dashboards, business intelligence reporting and automated performance analysis.

Champion the adoption of AI and emerging revenue technologies that improve forecasting, decision-making and operational efficiency.

Lead revenue workstreams for new hotel openings, acquisitions, brand transitions and system implementations, including pricing architecture, market positioning, segmentation and pre-opening commercial strategies.
About The Role
Experience & Skills

Minimum five years' hotel revenue management experience, ideally across multiple properties.

Strong commercial understanding of pricing, forecasting, inventory management, distribution and Total Revenue Management.

Experience using leading hotel technology, including PMS, RMS, channel management and market intelligence platforms.

Excellent analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting commercial data.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence commercial decisions at hotel and group level.

Experience across both branded and independent hotels is advantageous.
