We are currently recruiting experienced Aluminium & Glazing Fitters and Team Leaders to join our expanding installation team. The successful candidates will work on premium commercial and residential projects, delivering high-quality architectural glazing solutions including curtain walling, façades, windows, and door systems.
These positions are available on a subcontractor basis, with self-employed professionals preferred. We offer consistent work on long-term projects with excellent opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Aluminium & Glass Fitter Responsibilities:
- Install aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling, and façade systems to a high standard.
- Complete installations in line with technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and finishing standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Work efficiently as part of an installation team across various sites.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of aluminium and glazing installers.
- Plan daily tasks and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and resolve on-site installation issues.
- Liaise with Site Managers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor installation progress and report updates.
- Manage materials, tools, and site requirements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in aluminium glazing, façade installation, or architectural glazing.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walling, aluminium windows, doors, and glazing systems.
- Team Leaders should have 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or lead fitter role.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
Required Certifications:
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
- IPAF certification.
- Working at Heights certification
Pay: €31,005.06-€69,408.19 per year
