We are seeking an experienced Aluminium & Glass Team Leader to supervise installation teams on commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, read technical drawings, coordinate with site managers, and ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Team Leader or Lead Fitter role
Strong background in aluminium façade and glazing installation
Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
IPAF & Working at Heights certification
Ability to read technical drawings and manage site teams
SSSTS/SMSTS certification is an advantage
Self-employed/subcontractor status preferred
Pay: €31,005.06-€69,408.19 per year
