Project Experience

The Role

As a Senior Site Agent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Typical responsibilities include:

Leading and coordinating site operations.
Managing site teams, subcontractors and work packages.
Supporting programme delivery and project planning.
Monitoring quality, productivity and performance.
Driving compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

We are interested in hearing from professionals who possess:

A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Experience as a Senior Site Agent, Site Agent, Construction Manager, Senior Engineer or similar.
Proven experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
Experience with a main contractor or civil engineering subcontractor.
A full, clean Irish driving licence.

Experience in roads, bridges, structures, marine works, aviation, utilities or heavy civils is highly desirable.
