The team partners closely with Sales and customers to capture requirements and articulate how BMC’s unique and differentiated capabilities can best serve customer needs. This is a highly visible team working with our most successful sales teams to support the most prestigious companies around the world.

As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will be working directly with Sales and Presales organizations in a techno-commercial role to create strategies, timelines and deliverables that align customers initiatives to the BMC Control M Product line. Those solutions help the world's largest companies to automate time-sensitive, business-critical workflows and data pipelines.

Partner with experienced colleagues to uncover customer challenges and shape solutions that create clear business and technical value.

Build the confidence to explain complex technology in a clear, engaging, and memorable way for both technical and business audiences.

Contribute to large, high-profile enterprise opportunities involving modern technologies, multiple stakeholders, and real-world business impact.

Join customer conversations as a developing solution expert, connecting customer goals with the capabilities and value of BMC solutions.

Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations based on customer needs, business priorities, and real use cases.

Represent BMC in customer meetings, industry events, and internal enablement sessions as your knowledge, confidence, and presence grow.

Support RFPs and customer questions by gathering information, clarifying requirements, and contributing clear, accurate technical input.

Contribute to product and industry content such as blogs, whitepapers, demonstrations, and enablement materials that help educate and inspire customers.

Learn how to install, configure, and showcase solutions through proof-of-concept activities aligned to agreed customer requirements.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Previous experience in technology consultancy / solution engineering or pre-scales position

• Excellent level of communication skills

• Previous experience demoing / presenting the solutions to clients

You will be a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited by technology, business, and the opportunity to work directly with customers.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is €41,100 - €68,500
