Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

Extensive compliance or regulatory experience within Financial Services, either in-house or advisory, with strong knowledge of Financial Regulator rules and guidance.
Proven expertise in Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk management.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of compliance specialists and driving high-quality client delivery.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities collaboratively, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What type of work will I be doing?

Providing technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements effectively.
Leading and managing client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
Interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements and developing compliance frameworks.
Designing and delivering tailored regulatory training programmes for clients.
Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Conducting monitoring and internal audit services focused on regulatory compliance.
Offering on-call advisory support and secondments to client Compliance Functions.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
