Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of our customer support and assisting with day-to-day business operations acquisition and help build a scalable marketing engine.

This is not a traditional social media or content marketing role.

We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, lead generation, Google Ads, conversion optimisation and data, and who can directly connect marketing activity to calls, bookings, revenue and profit.

Key Responsibilities Running day to day operations Google Ads & Paid Search brand awareness across a multitude of different platforms

Take full ownership of our Google Ads strategy and performance.

Audit and optimise existing campaigns.
Identify profitable keywords, locations and services.
Analyse search terms and continually improve negative keyword lists.
Optimise bidding, budgets, targeting and campaign structure.
Develop new campaigns as the business expands.
Identify opportunities to increase profitable traffic without simply increasing spend.
Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.
Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Preparing documents and reports
Organising files and records
General administrative support and assisting with day-to-day business operations

Lead Generation

Increase the number of qualified enquiries and bookings.
Optimise campaigns specifically for phone calls and high-quality leads.
Analyse the difference between leads and actual paying customers.
Identify which services, locations and campaigns generate the most profitable jobs.
Develop strategies to reduce cost per qualified lead and cost per booked job.

Tracking & Analytics

Ensure accurate conversion tracking across Google Ads and multitude of different platforms including our websites.
Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Implement and improve call tracking.
Build clear reporting around:
Leads
Qualified leads
Bookings
Cost per lead
Cost per booking
Conversion rate
Revenue
Customer acquisition cost
ROAS
Profitability

Conversion Rate Optimisation

Review landing pages and customer journeys.
Identify reasons potential customers don't convert.
Recommend improvements to website pages, forms and calls-to-action.
Test different landing pages, messaging and offers.
Continually improve the percentage of visitors and enquiries that become paying customers.

Essential

Brand Awareness
Strong Google Ads experience.
Graphite Design
SEO
Proven experience generating leads or sales through paid search.
Strong understanding of PPC campaign structure and optimisation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Experience with Google Analytics 4.
Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimisation.
Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS and CAC.
Ability to analyse data and turn it into practical actions.
Commercial mindset — you care about revenue and profit, not just clicks and impressions.
