SME Accounts and Administration Assistant

The successful candidate shall be competent and have/are (but not limited to);

The successful candidate shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the;

Handling incoming calls and documenting/designating all relevant ‘follow up’
Ensuring the timely and accurate inputting of information into the business CRM
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
Creation & Maintenance of Company filing systems – both electronic & hard copy
General Administrative Work – photocopying, scanning, binding, etc.
Meet & Greet Site Visitors
Provide real-time scheduling support
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers via phone and email
Perform duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures
Use of company CRM system

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
