SME Accounts and Administration Assistant

The successful candidate shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the;
- Handling incoming calls and documenting/designating all relevant ‘follow up’
- Ensuring the timely and accurate inputting of information into the business CRM
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Creation & Maintenance of Company filing systems – both electronic & hard copy
- General Administrative Work – photocopying, scanning, binding, etc.
- Meet & Greet Site Visitors
- Provide real-time scheduling support
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers via phone and email
- Perform duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures
- Use of company CRM system
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Accounting & payroll packages is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
