About Us: We are a proudly independent community pharmacy, which means we operate like a family, not a corporate chain. We know our patients by name, and we know our staff by name too. We are a close-knit, supportive team, and we ensure that a new colleague is never left out on a limb.

The Role: We are currently seeking a full-time Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our shop floor, responsible for:

Providing excellent, empathetic customer service.
Assisting customers with their over-the-counter (OTC) health and skincare purchases.
Accurately receiving and logging prescriptions at the counter.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-merchandised retail environment.
Supporting the pharmacy and dispensary teams with daily tasks.

We actively support our staff's professional development, with a view to funding official Irish Pharmacy Union (IPU) training courses (such as the Medicines Counter Assistant or Pharmacy Technician qualifications) after a successful qualifying period.
