The Role: We are currently seeking a full-time Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our shop floor, responsible for:
- Providing excellent, empathetic customer service.
- Assisting customers with their over-the-counter (OTC) health and skincare purchases.
- Accurately receiving and logging prescriptions at the counter.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-merchandised retail environment.
- Supporting the pharmacy and dispensary teams with daily tasks.
