Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative

Position: Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join us. This is a hands-on role that combines operating a reach forklift with general warehouse duties to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a reach forklift to load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouses.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
Receive, inspect and store inward deliveries.
Loading and unloading of vehicles.
Carry out stock take and stock checks.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
General operational duties as required.

Requirements

Reach Forklift Licence/Certification and Experience
Counterbalance forklift Licence/Certification and Experience.
Previous experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse environment.
Experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock control.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic with a positive, flexible attitude.
Good communication skills.

Desirable

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
