About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join us. This is a hands-on role that combines operating a reach forklift with general warehouse duties to ensure the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach forklift to load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouses.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, inspect and store inward deliveries.
- Loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Carry out stock take and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- General operational duties as required.
Requirements
- Reach Forklift Licence/Certification and Experience
- Counterbalance forklift Licence/Certification and Experience.
- Previous experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock control.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, flexible attitude.
- Good communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
