Restaurant Manager Wanted

Location: North County Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant while delivering outstanding service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team to achieve high performance.
Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers.
Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards sales and profitability targets.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Complete daily administration, cash handling, and reporting.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is desirable.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
