We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant while delivering outstanding service and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team to achieve high performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards sales and profitability targets.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Complete daily administration, cash handling, and reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
