Job Title: Customer Service & Administration Assistant

Location: Tyre Specialist Centre Ltd

About the Role

Tyre Specialist Centre Ltd is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that involves providing excellent service, managing bookings, supporting our technicians, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front office.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings.
Take accurate job details and prepare work orders for technicians.
Liaise with technicians to keep customers informed of job progress.
Prepare invoices and process customer payments.
Maintain accurate customer records and paperwork.
Handle general administrative duties to support the workshop.
Ensure customers receive excellent service from arrival to collection of their vehicle.

Skills & Experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good telephone manner.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Good computer and administration skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role is desirable. Experience in the motor industry is an advantage but not essential.
