Residential Solar PV Sales Representative

Fitzgerald Energy Solutions – Athlone & Surrounds

Full-time | Permanent

Base: €35,000 – €40,000 DOE

OTE: €50,000 – €80,000+ (uncapped commission)

The Role

A field-based role covering Athlone and the surrounding area, focused on meeting homeowners, running structured consultations and converting opportunities into signed deals.

Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-qualified homeowner appointments
Conduct structured in-home consultations
Explain Solar PV systems, SEAI grants and ROI
Capture accurate property data
Present tailored proposals
Close sales and manage follow-up
Maintain CRM records
Coordinate with the installation team

Performance Expectations

15+ surveys per week
Consistent conversion performance
Strong pipeline management

What We’re Looking For

2+ years sales experience (B2C preferred)
Strong closing ability
Self-motivated and organised
Comfortable in a field-based role
Full clean driving licence

What We Offer

Base salary of €35,000 – €40,000 DOE
OTE of €50,000 – €80,000+ (uncapped commission)
