The Role
A field-based role covering Athlone and the surrounding area, focused on meeting homeowners, running structured consultations and converting opportunities into signed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-qualified homeowner appointments
- Conduct structured in-home consultations
- Explain Solar PV systems, SEAI grants and ROI
- Capture accurate property data
- Present tailored proposals
- Close sales and manage follow-up
- Maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with the installation team
Performance Expectations
- 15+ surveys per week
- Consistent conversion performance
- Strong pipeline management
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years sales experience (B2C preferred)
- Strong closing ability
- Self-motivated and organised
- Comfortable in a field-based role
- Full clean driving licence
