Full job description

CFM Catering is looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our busy production kitchen in Waterford.

If you're looking for a permanent leadership role with daytime hours, Monday to Friday working and the chance to make a real impact in a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll lead the day-to-day operation of our production kitchen, helping deliver fresh meals to schools and commercial customers across the South East.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the team while ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the daily production kitchen operation
Supervising, supporting and developing the production team
Planning and coordinating daily workflow
Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
Ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time
Solving operational issues as they arise
Working closely with the General Manager to improve kitchen performance, systems and processes

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience supervising a kitchen, catering or food production team
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team
A commitment to food quality, safety and continuous improvement
HACCP Level 2 certification or higher
