Full job description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team on a utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Milltown, Co. Meath. (link for the location https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZQqmBLAXN4W9gi9x9). The successful candidates will provide direct on-site labour support to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of construction activities.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to work outdoors as part of a dynamic construction team.

Responsibilities:

General site labour works supporting construction activities

Installation and removal of temporary fencing and safety barriers
Placement and maintenance of site signage and construction notices
Assistance in setting up and organizing temporary site facilities, storage areas, and laydown areas
Manual handling of materials and equipment
Keeping the site clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards
Supporting tradespeople and supervisors with day-to-day site tasks
Assisting with basic groundworks and site preparation works where required
Following all site safety procedures and instructions at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a construction labourer or general operative (preferred, not essential)

Valid Safe Pass (mandatory)
Manual Handling Certificate (mandatory)
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
Good understanding of health & safety on construction sites
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
Strong reliability and punctuality
Right to work in Ireland
Driving licence and own transport
Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
