We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior HR Generalist to lead the Human Resources function. This role plays a pivotal function in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and contributing to the development and maintenance of a high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is both a people champion and a strategic thinker.

Principle Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a people and culture strategy aligned with the estate's vision and business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR and culture matters.
Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and continuous improvement across all departments.
Strategically assist with company projects.

2. Talent Acquisition & Retention

Lead recruitment and onboarding for all departments, ensuring we attract and retain high-calibre talent.
Build strong relationships with local communities, hospitality schools, and recruitment partners.

3. Learning & Development

Create and deliver a comprehensive learning and development programme that supports career growth and skill enhancement.
Coach and mentor department heads on leadership, communication, and team management.

4. Employee Relations & Wellbeing

Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and heard.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with best practice and Irish employment law.

5. Culture & Engagement

Lead cultural initiatives that reinforce the estate's values and purpose.
Plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programmes, and internal communications.

6. Compliance & HR Operations

Oversee HR policies, systems, and compliance with employment legislation.
Manage HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master's or CIPD qualification preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience.
Proven track record of leading culture change, engagement, and development initiatives.
Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
