We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior HR Generalist to lead the Human Resources function. This role plays a pivotal function in supporting the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and contributing to the development and maintenance of a high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate is both a people champion and a strategic thinker.
Principle Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a people and culture strategy aligned with the estate's vision and business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR and culture matters.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Strategically assist with company projects.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for all departments, ensuring we attract and retain high-calibre talent.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, hospitality schools, and recruitment partners.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

3. Learning & Development
- Create and deliver a comprehensive learning and development programme that supports career growth and skill enhancement.
- Coach and mentor department heads on leadership, communication, and team management.
Introduce and oversee performance management and succession planning frameworks.

4. Employee Relations & Wellbeing
- Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and heard.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with best practice and Irish employment law.
Champion employee wellbeing through proactive initiatives and programmes.

5. Culture & Engagement
- Lead cultural initiatives that reinforce the estate's values and purpose.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programmes, and internal communications.
Always act as a visible ambassador for the estate's culture and values.

6. Compliance & HR Operations
- Oversee HR policies, systems, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Manage HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
Ensure payroll accuracy and effective HR administration processes.

Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master's or CIPD qualification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
