We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to join our founding Dundalk team and play a key role in the success of this exciting new operation.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to vehicle handover.
Building strong customer relationships and generating repeat business.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Maximising opportunities through finance, insurance and additional products.
Prospecting for new business opportunities.
Supporting dealership marketing activities and events.
Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records.
Helping establish a high-performance culture within the new dealership.

Additional Responsibilities (Sales Manager Applicants)

Lead, coach and motivate the sales team.
Monitor performance and sales activity.
Drive business development initiatives.
Support the growth and success of the Dundalk operation.
