The Role
You will:
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
- Sell new and used vehicles.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Promote finance and value-added products.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to handover.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Computer literacy.
- Full clean driving licence.
Motor industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
