Experienced Carpenter / Multi - skilled tradesperson required for ongoing refurbishment and fit-out projects in live healthcare and commercial environments, Full time subcontractor (€25-€31.25/hr)
We are urgently seeking an experienced carpenter / multi- skilled tradesperson for ongoing work in hospitals and commercial sites around Dublin. This is a subcontractor role with competitive rates (€25–€31.25/hr) depending on experience and reliability.
Athgoe Construction is well established construction company with decades of experience in hospital refurb projects and enabling works.
Typical work includes:
- Refurbs
- Refits
- 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- Kitchens
- Stud partitions & plasterboarding
- General construction duties
- Snagging and finishing work
- ✅ Requirements –Do not apply unless you meet all of the following
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in:
- 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- Kitchen fitting
- Metal stud partitions, plasterboard, and general groundworks
- Own van (public transport or bicycles not suitable)
- Own tools (this should include carpentry tools (at a minimum) screw gun, hammer drill, jigsaw, plunge saw,impact driver and general hand tools)
- Valid Safe Pass
- Fluent English speaker (English must be your first language)
- Comfortable working in hospital and general construction site environments
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
