Duties and Responsibilities
- Precision Fabrication: Execute the construction of high-end cabinetry and architectural joinery from technical drawings to final assembly.
- Quality Control: Maintain an exacting standard of finishing, ensuring every piece meets the Shalford Interiors benchmark for excellence.
- Workflow Optimization: Utilize our streamlined workshop processes to maintain high levels of efficiency and order.
- Collaborative Craftsmanship: Work alongside our experienced team to problem-solve complex builds and ensure project timelines are met.
- Machine Operation: Safely operate a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools to achieve precise results.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: A strong background in cabinet making or fine joinery with a portfolio that demonstrates superior finishing skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret detailed production drawings and cutting lists.
- Attention to Detail: A disciplined approach to work, ensuring accuracy in measurements and a flawless final product.

- Technical Extras: While not required, experience with CNC machinery is highly preferred and will be considered an asset.
