<h1>Job Details:</h1><h2>Job Description: </h2>Customer Device Engineer responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Coordinate a team of device engineers and extended team members to deliver silicon manufacturing solutions that adhere to Intel's PDK specifications, while also excelling in providing tailored manufacturing solutions for customers.</li><li>Oversee change management within the device engineering domain and ensure the timely delivery of reports to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with and guide the technology development team to ensure devices meet development milestones, and support customers throughout the various stages of the technology development cycle.</li><li>Collaborate with the technology development team to support customers during the early phases of their projects.</li><li>Uphold the core values of Intel's offerings and foster strong customer relationships throughout the development and product life cycles.</li><li>Assist customers in successfully utilizing Intel's extensive manufacturing capabilities.</li><li>Lead the development of solutions across multifunctional teams, extending beyond traditional device applications.</li></ul> Candidate should possess the following behavioural skills:<ul><li>Problem-solving technique with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities.</li><li>Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy</li><li>Ability to work with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.</li><li>Must be highly organised with the ability to identify patterns from customer-specific issues, abstract key learnings, and systemise and proliferate best practices across teams and technologies.</li><li>Must demonstrate excellent communications skills and the ability to distil complex information in to easily understandable messages.</li><li>Must possess a high degree of ownership for problems with a high tolerance for ambiguity.</li><li>Asses silicon to simulation health and readiness for high volume manufacturing</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or master's degree in science and engineering major and 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.</li><li>Strong hands-on analytic skill (data query, cleaning/sanity check, preparation, data analysis/statistical method, visualization, drawing conclusion)</li><li>Wafer fab environment on Semiconductors, Device and Yield Analysis tools</li><li>Knowledge of process impacts to device, while understanding relevant interactions beyond devices.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Ph.D. Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in 300mm startup and ramp of advanced logic process technologies; experience in an entire foundry technology cycle is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge in Semiconductor devices beyond digital application.</li><li>Experience working with computer tools for Semiconductors, Process Engineering knowledge, Process Control, device knowledge, materials analysis techniques.</li><li>Skills to develop continuous improvement projects at module level to improve process to give reliable, high yielding, cost effective products.</li></ul> <h2>Job Type:</h2>Experienced Hire<h2>Shift:</h2>Shift 1 (Ireland)<h2>Primary Location: </h2>Ireland, Leixlip<h2>Additional Locations:</h2><h2>Business group:</h2>Intel Foundry strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art while delighting our customers - from delivering cutting-edge silicon process and packaging technology leadership for the AI era, enabling our customers to design leadership products, global manufacturing scale and supply chain, through the continuous yield improvements to advanced packaging all the way to final test and assembly.
