Role Purpose
Dublin International Foundation College (DIFC) is seeking an organised and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Support & Admissions Administrator to support student recruitment, admissions administration, visa processing, and general office operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working with people and being part of a small, supportive team. Full training will be provided in relation to student visa application processes and immigration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Sales Support
- Respond to enquiries from prospective students, parents, and international education agents.
- Follow up on enquiries and applications to support student recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records within the college CRM and admissions systems.
- Assist with student recruitment campaigns, online events, and promotional activities.
- Provide programme information and guidance to prospective students.
Admissions Administration
- Process student applications and maintain accurate admissions records.
- Prepare offer letters and admissions documentation.
- Monitor application progress and communicate updates to applicants and agents.
- Assist students in providing the documentation required for admission.
Visa Processing Support
- Assist students with visa application requirements and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with students and agents regarding visa-related documentation.
- Track visa application progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted within required deadlines.
- Stay up to date with visa and immigration guidance as required.
- Full training will be provided in all aspects of student visa processing.
Customer Service & Administration
- Act as a first point of contact for student and agent enquiries.
- Manage incoming emails, telephone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases and filing systems.
- Support general office administration and ad hoc projects as required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, admissions, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in an educational, training, or international environment.
- Experience using CRM or student management systems.
- Knowledge of international education or student recruitment processes.
- Experience dealing with international students or education agents.
