Full job description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

Industrial Engineering support
- Provide analytical support for process development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Quantify baseline performance, track improvements and validate gains
- Support root cause analysis using data trends and correlation insights
Production Performance Analysis
- Actively engage with Production Supervisors and Management
- Analyse production results versus plan
- Identify and quantify inefficiencies
- Provide structured KPI data, clear variance explanations and actionable insights
- Support Management and Shopfloor decision-making
Production KPI reporting and development
- Create and maintain standardised KPI reporting from curated data sources
- Coordinate with IT and BI Teams ensure robust data flows and appropriate system integrations
- Work with sister companies to develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Ensure that KPIs are clearly understood and consistently applied
Data Quality improvement
- Work on data quality improvement initiatives across the business
- Act as a main contact point for Production data

Qualifications, Requirements & Experience

Level 7 STEM degree, preferably Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering, with data analytics.
Previous ERP and MES experience is an advantage.
Strong analytics proficiency (preferably in MS Power BI)
Strong aptitude for new software applications.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Experience in a Production environment is advantageous
