We deliver an array of custom services from new product development to commercialisation for companies of all sizes. We are experts in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), Injection Moulding, Product Development, Contract Manufacturing and Packaging Solutions.

We are seeking a part time Customer Service Representative for Advant commercial and Contract Manufacturing customers. Join our team here in Advant Medical, Parkmore, Galway!

Education & Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL

- Secondary school qualification (or equivaent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

DESIRABLE

- Certificate or diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field
- Experience or training in regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)

EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role essential
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems desirable
- Familiarity with medical device products or healthcare customers desirable
