ZINC Media Agency is seeking a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client social media accounts, developing content plans, writing engaging content, coordinating content creation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media marketing, enjoys working directly with businesses, and can confidently manage projects from planning through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage assigned client social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as required.
- Schedule and publish content in line with content calendars.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop monthly content plans and campaign ideas.
- Create social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and content ideas relevant to each client.
- Work alongside the wider ZINC team to deliver creative campaigns.
Content Writing
- Write captions, social media posts, and campaign copy.
- Adapt writing style to suit different industries and brand voices.
- Create content that drives engagement, awareness, and business objectives.
Client Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Attend client meetings and content planning sessions when required.
- Build strong working relationships with clients.
- Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with ZINC's Multimedia Content Creator and wider team.
- Coordinate content requirements and shoot schedules.
- Provide creative direction and content briefs where required.
- Contribute ideas to improve client results and agency processes.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain content calendars and project trackers.
- Provide updates on account performance.
- Keep client files and communications organised.
- Support general agency administration where required.
Requirements
Essential
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Confidence working directly with clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in Bundoran when required.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Desirable
- Previous experience in social media management or marketing.
- Canva experience.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Rella, Later, etc.
- Basic photography or content creation skills.
- Experience creating marketing strategies and content plans.
