Business Development Manager | Ireland | Up to €55,000 + Bonus + Car + Package
Most salespeople plateau. Are you one of them?

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategically developing and tactically executing new business campaigns across Ireland.
Driving aggressive revenue growth. Not ticking along but pushing hard.
Producing compelling business proposals, managing customer forecasts, and negotiating at stakeholder level.
Sourcing, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities and revenue streams.

What You Need to Bring

A technical mindset. Engineering knowledge from education or hands-on experience. You need to understand what you’re selling.
Strong communication and strategic thinking. You can read a room, adapt your approach, and build credibility fast.
The confidence to get in front of corporate customers and the resilience to keep going when it’s tough.
Genuine ambition. You’re not looking for a lateral move. You want progression, and you’re prepared to earn it.
