Job Description
Working within the Vusion Product team, the role will focus on driving day-to-day product execution across multiple products at different stages of maturity, ensuring high-quality delivery and maximizing the value of our data solutions. This includes supporting a product in maintenance and transition, as well as contributing to the delivery of a new product currently in pilot with a key customer.
This role is a 12-month FTC.
Your missions will include:
Define and own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Translate customer and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
Work within defined product direction and constraints to support delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
Ensure UI/UX designs are intuitive and aligned with requirements, working with UX teams when required.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (engineering, commercial, support, operations), helping to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Track product performance through KPIs and analytics, using insights to support continuous improvement.
Develop strong product and domain knowledge to act as a subject matter expert for internal teams.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B software.
Familiarity with the retail industry, either directly or via product experience.
Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and commercial teams.
Comfortable engaging in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, system integrations, data flows) and able to challenge or support engineering decisions constructively.
Comfortable working with and discussing data.
Experience writing clear user stories, product specs, and documentation.
Strong UX sensibility: ability to review wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design decisions when needed.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and visual – for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ideally, the candidate would also demonstrate:
