Trainee Sales Assistant – Immediate Start

Location: Cork, Ireland (In-Person Role – Daily Commuting Required)
Job Type: Full-Time | Entry Level

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent Winning Causes
You’ll be the front-line representative for some of Ireland’s leading non-profits, sharing powerful stories and inspiring people to get involved.

Play on the Front Foot
This is a face-to-face, in-person role engaging with communities in residential areas across Cork. Every conversation is an opportunity — and every day is match day.

Hit Targets. Raise the Bar. Repeat.
You’ll work towards clear daily goals, track your performance, and enjoy uncapped commission when you deliver results.

Train Like a Pro
No experience needed. You’ll receive full, hands-on training in sales, communication, and confidence-building from experienced industry leaders.

Earnings Structure

This position includes:

Guaranteed €92 per active day
€460–€552 per week (depending on days worked)
Weekly performance incentives with uncapped earning potential
Typical annual earnings of approximately €40,000 (combining guaranteed daily fee and performance bonuses)
