The Fota Collection is looking to recruit for a Multi Property Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team working across Fota Island Resort and The Kingsley hotel.
This is an entry-level position, making it an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to begin or develop a career in hospitality sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities;
Assist in coordinating digital marketing campaigns across the hotel group
Help manage social media channels and content scheduling
Update hotel websites and promotional materials
Coordinate photography, promotional content, and marketing collateral
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Assist with database management and customer communications
Assist the Sales Team with daily administrative duties
Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales presentations
Maintain accurate customer records using the hotel's CRM system
Support corporate, leisure, group, and event sales activities
Support the planning and promotion of hotel events and seasonal campaigns
Assist with trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
Liaise with suppliers and external marketing partners
What we are looking For:

A qualification in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, or marketing is desirable but not essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A positive, proactive, and professional attitude

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation is an advantage

A full driving licence is desirable for travel between hotel properties
